Introduction: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team in modernizing a platform for airport operations. In this role, you will enhance the efficiency and user experience for both airport staff and travelers through innovative frontend solutions. How You’ll Make an Impact: You will be responsible for designing and developing responsive, user-friendly web applications that streamline airport operations and improve overall functionality. What Will You Be Doing? - Frontend Development: Create dynamic applications using ReactJS and TypeScript to deliver engaging user experiences. - Web Application Scalability: Utilize Next.js to build scalable and high-performance web applications. - Quality Assurance: Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) testing patterns to ensure high-quality code and reliability. - API Integration: Collaborate with teams to integrate third-party APIs, enhancing application capabilities and user interactions. - Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment. - Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends to incorporate into development practices. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Developer, with expertise in ReactJS and TypeScript. - Hands-on experience with Next.js for building scalable applications. - Familiarity with BDD testing patterns and API testing methodologies. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, specially to work on a mixed team (CI&T/Client). - Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication with stakeholders. Nice to Haves: - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux in React applications. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. - Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) for application deployment. - Backend Experience: Familiarity with Java Spring Boot for full-stack development, enhancing cross-functional collaboration. - Micro Frontend Expertise: Understanding of micro frontend architecture for building scalable and maintainable web applications.
