Artificial Intelligence is our reality.  This position is hybrid, with 1–2 days per week onsite at the client’s offices in Mexico City (CDMX).   This is a great challenge and opportunity for a seasoned Product Manager with AI experience that will have direct contact onsite with the client and a diverse team to lead from a product strategy perspective. There are some unique and great differentiators of this engagement that make it special:   -The team is consolidated with presence in Colombia and Brazil -An eCommerce is at the core of this engagement and is global -Client is based in CDMX, with presence globally -There is a great partnership with the client and they are very open to suggestions to improve process, tools and ways of working   Required Skills & Experience: -Orchestration: there are different markets with different commercial needs and objectives operating in the same global platform. You will work closely with the client's different areas (commercial / marketing / IT) leading product discovery sessions. Ensuring all markets are on the same page in terms of strategy and priorities is crucial for success! -Proficient in product discovery methodologies, to be able to lead discovery among 3+ markets and stakeholders (including marketing, IT, business, etc.). -Collaboration, collaboration and some more collaboration. The team is global. Your presence will be local in CDMX. It's imperative that the team is on the same page regarding the strategy and next steps. -Be driven by impact. Implement and guide business decisions by understanding key business and product metrics to drive growth. -Solving problems worth solving in a customer-centric manner, in an efficient way that works best for the team while delivering results for our client -Ensure definitions share a common vision in terms of product and strategy -Ensure documentation and clarity of business requirements (use cases or stories) and business rules defined together with the customer, as well as conformance to non-functional requirements -Understand limitations and advantages of current platform and discuss and propose alternative solutions (technical and business improvements) that best suit the client's needs -Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present in a group setting and work with team members -Embrace AI for any day to day activities. If “fluent” in AI, experient in agentic pipelines and overall AI, is going to be a differentiator. Desired Skills & Experience: -Experience using AI tools, agents and agentic pipelines -Self-learner and willingness to discover new things "on-the-fly", given the variety of platforms and technologies Product Design acumen -Fast learner, pro-active attitude, take ownership   #LI-LO1
