Your Mission:

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate daily logistics activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely operations across inbound, storage, and outbound flows. You will lead operational teams and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.

Main tasks:

  • Lead and support warehouse/operations teams to achieve productivity targets;
  • Supervise daily logistics operations (receiving, storage, picking, shipping);
  • Monitor operational KPIs and ensure service level compliance;
  • Ensure accurate stock management and system updates (WMS/ERP)
  • Enforce safety, quality, and operational procedures;
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners (transporters, suppliers, clients);
  • Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
