As we build a modern marketing function that combines data, creativity, and execution, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to help shape how the market understands what we do. About the role: This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and execution. You'll work closely with leadership to turn marketing strategy into real, measurable progress while guiding a small marketing team through campaigns, content, and digital program. But what we really need is someone who gets things done - this is a very hands-on role. We are specifically looking for someone who enjoys building campaigns, improving messaging, and working directly with the marketing systems that drive performance. This is also a genuinely fast-paced role. BIS produces a large volume of marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, website development, and digital programs. The pace is often faster than what many organizations describe as “fast-paced,” and success in this role requires someone who is comfortable operating with that level of momentum while maintaining strong judgment and quality. This is an in-person role in our Sherwood Park, Alberta office.
