Role Summary
- Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Singapore office and will gain exposure to different aspects of the company, including office management, facilities, IT and recruitment administration. You will also be providing administrative support to the Management team
- Salary: S$2,800 to S$3,500 per month, depending on your previous experience

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to ensure the smooth running of our Singapore office. The varied role offers exposure to different aspects of the company including office management, facilities, IT, recruitment administration, travel coordination and event planning. The role requires working on-site in the Singapore office five days a week. Our Singapore team currently consists of around 50 colleagues and is gradually growing.
You will play an important part in supporting the client delivery team to maintain our high standards of customer service and the delivery of high-quality work. You will receive training and mentorship from experienced colleagues in the global and local Operations team and have the opportunity to shape the role, contribute to improving processes and support the overall efficiency of the office.
Key responsibilties will include:
- Maintaining essential office supplies and IT equipment
- Actioning established IT procedures
- Making purchases for the office and processing expenses
- Liaising and maintaining a good working relationship with service providers and suppliers
- Creating and maintaining a safe, tidy and professional office environment, including day-to-day health and safety and workstation assessments
- Greeting all visitors and coordinating office visits from colleagues and clients
- Answering telephones and taking messages
- Arranging domestic and international shipments
- Coordinating external events, such as client meetings and attendance at scientific congresses, as well as internal social events and celebrations
- Scheduling meetings and organising logistics for off-site meetings
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, scanning and filing
- Supporting with the arrangements for domestic and international travel
- Supporting recruitment logistics, including coordinating and preparing for interviews, setting up meeting rooms, preparing materials and welcoming candidates
- Responding to general administrative and ad-hoc tasks, as well as supporting the wider Technical and Operational Support team, including other tasks as required to support the office
