The role

This is one of the most central roles at BLP. You'll be the heartbeat of our Zurich HQ — the person who keeps the office running, the events landing, and the operational logistics on track across our four entities.

The role is roughly half office management, half founder support. Alongside running the HQ, you'll be the person who owns the founder's calendar, books the travel, and handles the things that eat founder time. It's hands-on, varied, and you'll never be bored.

What you'll do

Run the office (50%)

  • Keep the place running. Suppliers, contracts, mail, building, IT-equipment logistics. If it has a deadline and nobody owns it, you do.

  • Own the events. On-site interviews, all-hands setups, customer visits, offsites, the Christmas dinner. You're the one who books the venue at 9pm on a Tuesday and somehow gets a better rate.

  • Be the "Züri anchor". Visitors, candidates, customers, team members — when they walk in, you're the first face they see and the reason they leave with a good impression.

Run the founder's life (50%)

  • Own the calendar and inbox flow. Defend focus time, kill meetings that shouldn't exist, make sure the ones that do happen on time with the right people prepped.

  • Book everything. Flights, trains, hotels, restaurants, taxis. End-to-end trip planning across CH/DE/UK/US. The founder shows up; you've handled the rest.

  • Keep the systems clean. Updating CRM entries after meetings, keeping ATS records current after candidate calls, making sure no follow-up slips between tools. You're the reason the data stays trustworthy.

What we're looking for

  • You bring the experience. A few years in admin, assistance, coordination, or anywhere being organized was the whole job. Doesn't have to be office management — has to be hands-on.

  • You have a solid foundation. High school diploma, commercial apprenticeship, Bachelor's or Master's — any path that taught you the basics. We care more about how you work than the diploma on the wall.

  • You think ahead and communicate clearly. You spot what's coming before it lands, organize around it, and keep the right people in the loop without being asked. Things don't fall through the cracks on your watch.

  • You bring good energy. Warm, charming, easy to be around. Hypergrowth gets messy — you stay calm and positive when it does.

  • You're AI-fluent and tech-versatile. You're excited we're an AI company and already use AI to make your own work sharper. New tools don't intimidate you — you pick them up fast and figure out how to bend them to your needs.

  • You speak German and English. Both, fluently, daily.
