This is all part of our ambition to build Europe's #1 direct to consumer gifting destination. 🛠️ Procurement Team @ Bloom & Wild Group You’ll be joining the engine room of Bloom & Wild’s fastest-growing categories. While we are known for our flowers, our Procurement team provides the operational and supply chain foundation for our non-horticultural range. From fresh-baked treats and luxury hamper components to home, lifestyle, and the essential packaging that delivers the "wow" moment. Our team is divided into two clear pillars: Strategic Procurement and Stock Planning. As the Supply Chain Lead, you will report to the Head of Procurement & Inventory, acting as the architect of our operational procurement function and building the scalable systems we need to grow. We are a team that "cares wildly" about impact. Working closely with partners across the business, we ensure the infrastructure is in place to support their vision. Our focus is on delivering perfect availability, optimising inventory health, and enabling rapid range expansion through robust operational processes.
