Uplane fixes this by replacing a patchwork of agencies, spreadsheets, and siloed tools with one self-improving AI system. It creates ads, builds matching landing pages, allocates budgets across different channels, and more. We are building the AI engine that will manage and spend the world's marketing budget.

• Reach out to the best talent across different platforms

• Own the hiring process end-to-end

• Founder Support: Work closely with the founders on high-priority hires

Requirements: Nice to Have

• Exceptional achievements during and beyond academic studies.

• Prior experience in an early-stage startup or another fast-paced environment.

• Experience with hiring/talent acquisition.
