About the Role
As a Partner Account Executive at VTEX, you’ll be responsible for growing revenue through our partner ecosystem, especially SIs, agencies, and technology partners. You’ll work closely with Account executives, Sales directors, and Solutions engineers to identify, qualify, and close partner-sourced opportunities, while also helping partners build repeatable go-to-market motions with VTEX.
This is a role for someone who’s commercially sharp, partner-savvy, and comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders and markets in fast-moving enterprise deals.
*For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a pipeline of partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities
- Build strong working relationships with key partners (SIs, agencies, tech partners), acting as a commercial point of contact
- Identify and activate new revenue streams through joint GTM motions, co-selling, and enablement
- Drive the full sales cycle from qualification to close, working closely with internal stakeholders (SEs, Sales, Marketing, Legal)
- Support partners in positioning VTEX, shaping deals, and navigating procurement processes
- Track pipeline performance and forecasting, ensuring accurate reporting in CRM
- Represent VTEX in partner events, workshops, and customer meetings as needed
- Maintain a strong understanding of VTEX’s product suite and value proposition across industries (especially retail and ecommerce)
Who you are
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in ecommerce.
- Strong understanding of channel/partner-led sales (SI and agency ecosystems are a big plus)
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota in mid-market or enterprise sales
Comfortable managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. You know how to earn trust fast
- Ability to work cross-functionally and keep deals moving without needing constant direction.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and managing pipeline rigorously
- Fluent English required
- Fluent French advance required
- Fluent Spanish is a plus
- Willingness to travel for partner and customer engagements
