You’ll resolve card payment issues (like declines, suspicious charges, and refunds) by handling chargebacks accurately and keeping users clearly informed every step of the way. This role requires a unique blend of analytical thinking, empathy, and a deep understanding of the card payment ecosystem, enabling you to deliver exceptional support and build lasting trust with our users.

• Payment Experience Guide

You’ll resolve payment issues quickly and accurately across SEPA and SWIFT transfers, investigating each case with precision and care to deliver clear, reliable, and user-focused outcomes. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for problem-solving and a desire to make a tangible impact on our users' financial lives.
