You act as a trusted advisor, balancing empathy with accountability, while navigating complex situations with clarity, discretion, and sound judgment. This role is primarily based out of the Amer Sports Garching/Germany office and is open to hybrid remote work (2 days in the office, 2 days at home and 1 day at the discretion of the manager). Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU. Mid term we foresee the relocation of the role to Amsterdam/Netherlands. Meet your future team: The EMEA People & Culture team (Talent Acquisition, Retail Business partnership and Talent Development & Culture Activation) operates in close partnership with our business & people in region as well as the global People & Culture functions in Vancouver. There is a strong emphasis on partnership, trust, collaboration and mutual support. The team works closely together- sharing knowledge, aligning efforts, and supporting one another - to continuously evolve our people practices and foster a culture of belonging and performance.
