We are looking for a structured and service-minded People Operations Specialist to support our HR and office operations. This role is hands-on and operational, with a strong focus on HR administration, data accuracy, and ensuring a smooth employee experience. 

You will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, supporting core people processes and daily operations across the organization. 

What you’ll do 

  • HR Operations: Manage employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding/offboarding, systems, payroll-related admin, compliance)  
  • HR Data & Reporting: Maintain data accuracy, prepare reports, update dashboards, support surveys  
  • Employee Experience: Coordinate onboarding, internal communication, newsletters, and social initiatives  
  • HR Support & Coordination: Act as first point of contact, support managers, handle scheduling and follow-ups  
  • Processes & Systems: Maintain HR policies, templates, and ensure smooth, compliant workflows  
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations in Vejle and Copenhagen, vendors, employee benefits, and local arrangements 

What you’ll bring 

  • 2-3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a similar administrative HR role  
  • Experience working with HR systems (Workday is a plus); strong data accuracy mindset 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail and structure  
  • Comfortable acting as a first point of contact for employees, with a service-oriented and solution-driven approach  
  • Experience supporting core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and policy maintenance  
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to follow up and drive tasks independently  
  • Confident communicator in both Danish and English
