About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable SCADA Trainer to join our Learning Services team. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our global customers on our core SCADA platforms—both on-premise and cloud-based solutions.

As a key member of our customer enablement function, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients are fully equipped to operate their SCADA systems. You will deliver training through a variety of formats, including virtual classrooms, on-site sessions, and self-paced digital content.

This is a customer-facing technical role that requires written and spoken fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured training programs to new and existing customers on both on-premise and cloud SCADA platforms.
  • Customize training content to match key customer use cases
  • Conduct live instructor-led training (virtually or on-site), webinars, and assist in the development of self-paced learning content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training material reflects the most up-to-date functionality and best practices.
  • Gather participant feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness and satisfaction.
  • Support the certification or assessment processes.
  • Stay current on product enhancements and industry trends relevant to SCADA and industrial automation.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Strong working knowledge of SCADA systems (e.g., architecture, configuration, HMI development, data acquisition).
  • Experience with both on-premise and cloud-based industrial software platforms.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience delivering technical training or conducting workshops for end-users or system integrators.
  • Ability to engage and adapt to varied audiences — from field technicians to engineers and IT administrators.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%) for on-site training engagements.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Instructional design or adult learning certification (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, ATD).
