To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager for the healthcare vertical solutions team, building repeatable products that solve problems for providers and payers. You will build products across revenue cycle management, from referral management and prior authorization to claims submissions and denials. You’ll shape the strategy, define the roadmap, and ship AI-powered solutions that drive measurable outcomes for health systems and payers. This role calls for deep healthcare domain expertise paired with proven B2B SaaS product leadership and a strong point of view on how AI and automation can transform healthcare workflows.

What You’ll Do

Build Healthcare-Specific Solutions: Design and deliver repeatable automation solutions targeting critical provider pain points, with initial focus on claims denial resolution

Drive Product Strategy: Define the product roadmap for healthcare vertical solutions, identifying high-impact opportunities across different health systems. Translate complex requirements into clear product specs and decision logic

Build for Interoperability: Leverage deep knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR) and requirements to build solutions that integrate seamlessly into provider environments

Apply AI and Automation Thoughtfully: Partner with applied science and engineering to determine where AI, ML, and RPA can deliver the most value, making informed decisions on technology, architecture, and how to deploy models responsibly in regulated healthcare environments

Stakeholder Leadership: Pitch and champion solutions to internal stakeholders, building consensus around product priorities and go-to-market strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, applied AI, product marketing, and sales teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Customer Engagement: Work directly with healthcare providers and payers to understand workflows, validate solutions, and drive adoption

Market Intelligence: Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions

What You’ll Bring

Healthcare Product Experience: 8+ years of product management experience with at least 5+ years building healthcare-specific products at a B2B health tech or SaaS company

Technical Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory environment (HIPAA, CMS rules)

Healthcare Deployment Acumen: Experience building solutions in healthcare environments, understanding the unique requirements and constraints

Claims Domain Expertise: Strong command of the claims end-to-end lifecycle with knowledge around claim submission, denial categorization, and resolution

Enterprise Product Track Record: Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex, enterprise-grade software products for healthcare providers or payers, particularly those involving AI/ML capabilities for enterprise customers

AI, ML, and RPA Fluency: Technical fluency in AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies, with the ability to make informed decisions on technology and architecture

Trustworthy AI Systems: Solid understanding of model evaluation techniques, A/B testing, monitoring, and building trust in AI systems—including explainability, security, and compliance for ML models in regulated environments

Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market opportunities, define product vision, and execute against ambitious goals

Communication Excellence: Outstanding ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and build alignment across organizations

Passion for AI-Driven Automation: Genuine enthusiasm for AI-driven automation and a clear vision for how cutting-edge AI technology can transform healthcare workflows through the UiPath platform

Results-Driven: Track record of shipping successful products that drive measurable business outcomes

Bonus Points

• Working knowledge of EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and clinical coding

• Experience selling into large health systems or payers

• Hands-on experience launching generative AI or LLM-powered features in enterprise products

Why UiPath

• Lead innovation in a high-growth vertical within a market-leading automation platform

• Work with cutting-edge AI and automation technology

• Collaborate with a talented Product and Engineering healthcare team
