We’re on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Product Owner to join our high-performing team and help shape the future of our innovative, industry-leading platforms.

With Product firmly at the core of Rhino Entertainment’s impressive growth, the team is looking to expand in order to be able to sustain the current pace while exploring new and intriguing ideas. Working very closely with both Business and Tech, the Product team acts as the “voice of the player” and makes sure that the final experience of the players meets their high standards.

Apart from the B2C facing projects, Rhino’s Platforms team is developing an industry-leading middleware to assist the operational aspect of the business. Product’s role in this aspect is to make the day-to-day work of their colleagues as smooth and efficient as possible and to make sure that innovative ideas are transformed to cutting edge products.

What your role will look like:

  • Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner.
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements .
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
  • Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors for external tool integrations.
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new   functionalities.
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
  • Obtain a full understanding of our products and the responsibilities of the teams that build and use them.
  • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
  • Follow our competitors and the industry.
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
