Who We Are:
At Omaze, we give our community in the UK and Germany the chance to win luxury homes and other life-changing prizes — all while raising money for the causes they love.
Thanks to our Omaze Community, we’ve raised over £100 million for UK charities in just five years. That’s millions helping organisations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity deliver life-saving work.
And the best part? We’re only just getting started. Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.
🔑 About The Job
As a Production Manager, you are the production engine behind the delivery of Omaze’s House a Month (HAM) campaigns and related creative output — with a particular focus on the non‑TVC asset suite that brings each campaign to life across channels. Including social-first, ambassador and partnership content, reveals, and supporting deliverables.

Including social-first, ambassador and partnership content, reveals, and supporting deliverables.
Operating within a squad structure, you will own the end-to-end production lifecycle for the campaign’s non‑TVC deliverables, ensuring every asset — including social content, ambassador content, cutdowns/versions, and winner/charity reveals — is delivered on time.

• Own the full production delivery of HAM campaign non‑TVC outputs from pre‑production through to final delivery.
• Ensure all campaign assets — including supporting assets around the hero film, ambassador content, social content, and winner/charity reveals — are delivered seamlessly
Experience delivering on-location shoots (small and large)
You’ll lead production execution day-to-day, managing a Production Coordinator and working closely with the Senior Production Manager to escalate, optimise, and continuously improve how we deliver.
This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership — balancing multiple workstreams, leading shoots, and making things happen at pace without compromising quality.
