About The Opportunity

LILT adapts benchmarks into Modern Standard Arabic for the GCC market. Tasks are delivered as: an Arabic task statement, a scoring rubric, human & LLM submissions, scores, and a gold solution. The output includes published datasets and research papers.

This project lead role is for a specific benchmark. The pilot is complete and we are scaling to full production. The project lead will work with GCC-based domain experts organized into pods by domain. The lead will be provided with production support to help organize logistics.

What You’ll Deliver

  • Onboard Task Creators and Reviewers: rubric methodology, GCC adaptation guidelines, scoring tools, and gate-tracking workflow.

  • Gate tasks for quality and provide feedback at all checkpoints: Tasks, rubrics, reviews and solutions.

  • Manage rework. Decide what gets sent back, why, and to whom to ensure the utmost quality.

  • Coordinate across domain pods (Islamic Finance, Petroleum Engineering, Healthcare, Government, Real Estate, etc) and work with Production support to keep the pipeline running at a steady weekly delivery cadence.

  • Escalate sourcing gaps, tool issues, and timing outliers to Production support; identify top-performing task creators for more work.

  • Partner with the LILT research team on weekly delivery reviews and on inputs into research.

  • Ensure cultural and regulatory accuracy: tasks must be appropriate for the GCC regulatory & cultural environment, i.e. GCC frameworks (ZATCA, CMA, AAOIFI, Saudi Aramco HSE / SAES, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Native-level Arabic (MSA) with professional working English. You will be reading, editing, and gate-approving content in both languages every day

  • Project management experience leading distributed expert teams, ideally in localization, evaluation, annotation, or a regulated knowledge-work domain.

  • Familiarity with LLMs, rubric evaluation and LLM pipelines. LILT provides the tooling, but you must be comfortable operating and teaching LLM use to non-technical users.

  • Demonstrable judgment about quality in professional GCC Arabic content: you can tell a polished MSA financial advisory deck from a rough one without a checklist.

  • Working familiarity with one or more relevant sectors (Finance, Healthcare, Government, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail, Information, Professional Services).

  • Strong written communication. Most coordination is async across pods.

  • Nice to have: Prior experience working on AI evaluation, benchmarking, or RLHF / SFT data programs.
