Experience Without Limits. Come shape the future of brand experience.
At Jack Morton, we create, and build, head-turning, smile-inducing, impact driving brand experiences. We exist to redefine what experiential can achieve, helping clients unlock the full value of experiences.
That takes a team that’s bold, curious, and acts as one - building on ideas, pushing boundaries, and showing up for each other. Here, you’ll do your best work, grow fast, and collaborate across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.
This is a place where curiosity drives what’s next, boldness raises the bar, and we win together. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the people behind it.
Experience without limits — in your work, your growth, and your impact.
As a global leader in experiential marketing, we bring brands to life through unforgettable live and virtual experiences. From custom exhibits and trade shows to immersive events and permanent installations, our team combines bold creative thinking with strategic planning and flawless execution.
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Project Manager – Exhibits & Trade Shows who is passionate about custom fabrication, exhibit production, CAD-driven execution, and delivering exceptional brand environments from concept through installation.
This role is centered on custom-built trade show exhibits, experiential environments, and event activations, where you will oversee all phases of project delivery — ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end production and execution process for custom exhibits, trade show booths, branded environments, and live event installations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, schedules, deliverables, fabrication milestones, and on-site execution
- Interpret and review CAD drawings, construction details, and fabrication documents to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and production readiness
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, fabrication, and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and proactive communication
- Coordinate cross-functional teams using internal project management systems to track schedules, revisions, approvals, and logistics
- Support estimating and pre-production efforts by developing accurate project budgets, material takeoffs, and vendor quotes
- Partner with design teams on materials, finishes, structural considerations, and fabrication methods to ensure quality and brand alignment
- Create and maintain implementation plans, work-back schedules, installation schedules, and exhibitor service coordination
- Manage subcontractors, fabricators, freight partners, and suppliers, including purchase orders and vendor communications
- Proactively identify production risks, troubleshoot technical or logistical challenges, and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with trade show regulations, venue requirements, and installation safety standards
- Mentor and support junior team members, particularly Project Coordinators and Production Assistants
- Participate in post-show evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize future project execution
What You Bring
- A passion for exhibits, trade shows, fabrication, and experiential production — you thrive on turning creative concepts into fully realized environments
- 5–10 years of project management experience within exhibits, trade shows, experiential marketing, events, fabrication, or a related production environment
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and work from CAD drawings, technical plans, and fabrication documentation
- Working knowledge of exhibit construction methods, structural mechanics, production materials, and fabrication processes
- Experience managing custom trade show booths, branded environments, or large-scale experiential installations
- Strong understanding of trade show operations, exhibitor services, venue regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management and production workflow systems
- Strong communication, collaboration, and client management skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to support installations, show-site execution, and client needs
