As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Receptionist. This role supports the Front Office Manager in managing the reception desk and ensuring smooth room bookings. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling reservations and inquiries, managing complaints, processing cash, and addressing ad hoc requests.
