We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Reconciliation Specialist in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the timely and precise reconciliation and management of client cash and ledgers
- Promote ongoing enhancements in reporting procedures, process improvements, and system automation
- Ensure adherence to reporting compliance for various regulatory requirements, while maintaining control and oversight of daily operations
- Conduct daily reconciliations of deposits and withdrawals from a variety of Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
- Coordinate with merchants and clients to verify that all deposit and payment transactions align accurately with journals and daily merchant statements
- Maintain the accuracy of the merchant balance as reported in the merchant portal and statements
Candidate profile:
- Basic understanding of daily deposit and withdrawal via different methods
- Understanding of client cash movement
- Basic knowledge of reconciliations
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- An analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Keen eye for detail
- Fluent English verbal and written (other languages are an advantage)
