We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support day-to-day recruiting operations and candidate experience across the company.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their recruiting, HR, operations, or administrative career who wants exposure to fast-paced startup recruiting and talent operations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones
Support recruiters and hiring managers with recruiting administration
Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process
Maintain and update candidate records in Ashby ATS
Create and manage interview scheduling workflows
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Assist with job posting management and recruiting operations tasks
Track recruiting tasks, follow-ups, and interview logistics
Help maintain recruiting process documentation and organization
Support recruiting projects and ad hoc operational needs
Ideal Background
1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, customer support, executive admin, or operations
Strong written communication and organization skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Able to manage multiple priorities and quick turnaround times
Detail-oriented and reliable with strong follow-through
Experience in ATS platforms, specifically with Ashby ATS is a strong plus
Comfortable working cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
