We are on the lookout for a Recruitment Team Lead to join our HR Department.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary strategic recruitment partner to business and operational leaders, translating their needs into actionable hiring plans.
- Fully own end-to-end recruitment outcomes (quality, time, cost) for the entire Customer Service division.
- Align dynamic hiring priorities with real-time business constraints and headcount budgets.
- Develop and maintain accurate recruitment forecasts, capacity models, and hiring timelines for leadership visibility.
- Lead, coordinate, and prioritize the daily work of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Own, audit, and continuously improve all recruitment processes, documentation, and candidate experience touchpoints.
- Ensure all recruitment activities and outputs strictly adhere to approved HR policies, legal frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Drive the adoption of recruitment metrics and data to inform decisions and process improvements.
