Role Overview: As Store Manager, you’ll oversee all operations of a Backcountry Outlet location, owning both business results and the customer experience. You’ll drive sales, rentals, service (including ski, snowboard, and bike services), and team development while setting the standard for operational excellence, expertise, and accountability. This position will report to the Area Manager.
