The Role:

We are looking for a service-driven professional to lead our Rooms Division. Your mission will be to head the Front Office department and ensure seamless collaboration between Front Office and Housekeeping, making sure every detail of the guest’s stay is as impactful as our architecture.

Your responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Direct, motivate, and develop the Front Office and Housekeeping teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Guest Experience: Oversee the guest journey from start to finish, ensuring modern luxury and personalized service standards.

  • Operational Optimization: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize room inventory in close collaboration with the Revenue department and the General Manager.

  • Quality: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service excellence.

  • Communication: Act as a key bridge between departments to guarantee a fluid and efficient operation.
