The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing sales compensation programs to motivate and reward our sales team effectively. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and HR teams. You will be a key player in ensuring that our Sales teams are properly rewarded for their sales activity and contributing to compensation and incentive programs to motivate such activity. With a keen eye for detail, the confidence and ability to communicate with colleagues from different cultures and markets and a can-do attitude you will be a key part of delivering sales success for Keyloop.
