Role: Sales Enablement Specialist / Proposal Writer

Job Title Sales Enablement Specialist / Proposal Writer – Retail & Commercial Expansion

Location Remote

Time Zone Fully Remote — Async, No Specific Time Zone Required

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Specialist / Proposal Writer to lead the creation of high-impact proposal and pitch deck materials that support the acquisition of commercial retail spaces. This is a full-time, remote role focused on producing compelling written bid documents and presentations tailored to landlords, government entities, and commercial property stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a confident business writer with deep cultural fluency — particularly within Muslim consumer markets and the modest wear industry — and brings hands-on experience crafting formal bids for high-visibility locations such as airports, government-owned properties, and high-street retail sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft compelling, professionally written proposals targeting landlords and government entities for commercial retail space acquisition

  • Build persuasive pitch decks for new store openings and retail space opportunities, including airports, government-owned properties, and high-street locations

  • Write bid documents incorporating foot traffic projections, proposed store hours, revenue potential, and brand value narratives

  • Coordinate with in-house graphic designers to ensure proposals are visually polished and brand-aligned

  • Support the development of store launch promotional materials and sales collateral

  • Adapt proposals and pitch content to suit different regional markets and property stakeholder audiences

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic — written and spoken — is non-negotiable

  • Demonstrated experience creating formal bid and proposal documents for commercial, retail, or government contexts

  • Strong copywriting and business writing ability with a persuasive, professional tone

  • Deep cultural fluency and understanding of Muslim consumer culture and the modest wear market

  • Ability to translate complex commercial data (foot traffic, revenue projections, brand positioning) into clear, compelling written narratives

  • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, or similar), and have ideally worked with international companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic design sensibility and familiarity with pitch deck layout and visual presentation principles

  • Familiarity with retail and commercial property markets in Turkey, the UK, Egypt, the Middle East, and Europe

  • Experience writing for fashion, lifestyle, or modest wear brands

  • Background supporting business development or commercial expansion initiatives
