Our SelectLeaders client is a boutique, vertically integrated industrial real estate investment, development, and management firm headquartered in Houston, TX. The firm operates across the full deal lifecycle — acquisitions, ground-up development, construction oversight, and asset management — with a focused strategy in industrial product including industrial parks, build-to-suits, and land. They are scaling their industrial development platform and seeking a senior contributor to join at the Sr. Associate level. This is a growth hire and the level will be calibrated to the right candidate At this level, you will lead underwriting independently, manage external consultant and capital relationships. This tier includes pipeline ownership and involvement in sourcing and capital formation.
