We are building the world's decision infrastructure — the strategic twin of every industrial organization for complex combinatorial problems. We unlocked what wasn't possible before: mapping reality with its levers and constraints into a computer, then running n-dimensional optimization on critical value-chain decisions. Founded in 2022 by Dana (CEO) and Erik (CTO), we help Europe to stay strong and the German Mittelstand make good decisions between machines, people, materials, orders, and market shifts. We move fast. We ship. No patience for problems left uncomputed or unsolved.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Erik (CTO) on the foundation our customers will run on for the next decade — the data layer, the math model layer, and the infrastructure for the optimization core. We are looking for an engineer with a bias for action who can balance speed with the mid-term tech strategy and is able to take on complex challenges with independence and curiosity. Here is what you'll own:

  • Make optimization runs fast enough that customers iterate in minutes, not hours — across problems an order of magnitude larger than today
  • Build the data backbone: ingest SAP/ERP exports, Excel reality, and operator knowledge into a clean, versioned, traceable model layer
  • Design the math model infrastructure with our scientists that lets non-engineers compose new optimization models without ever writing solver code
  • Take us from single-pilot infrastructure to multi-tenant production — without losing determinism or auditability.
  • Set engineering standards with Erik. Be the second voice in architectural decisions. The only voice when he isn't there.
