Senior IT Engineer – Network & Endpoint Infrastructure

This job requires daily onsite work at our headquarters in Hyderabad, India.  

Role Overview 

We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to manage and support enterprise network infrastructure, endpoint devices, and secure connectivity solutions. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable local network operations, firewall management, and secure access technologies, including Zscaler and Meraki environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and support local network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switching, routing, Wi-Fi) 
  • Configure and maintain firewalls and network security controls 
  • Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki devices (MX, MS, MR) 
  • Manage Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) for secure internet and private application access 
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and security posture 
  • Troubleshoot network issues and provide L2/L3 support 
  • Implement network segmentation and access controls 
  • Support VPN, remote access, and secure connectivity solutions 
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce policies and controls 
  • Maintain documentation for network architecture and configurations 
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness 
  • Participate in incident response for network-related issues 

Required Qualifications 

  • 6–10+ years of experience in IT/network engineering 
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching) 
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls and network security 
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki (dashboard, configuration, troubleshooting) 
  • Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience supporting enterprise environments 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with cloud networking (Azure preferred) 
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust networking concepts 
  • Experience with monitoring tools and network analytics 
  • Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Zscaler certifications)
