We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for a Senior People Partner (Sr. HRBP) to become part of our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.
You will be responsible for partnering closely with business leaders to develop, coach, and execute impactful people initiatives focused on talent development, employee relations, and performance management.
To be right for this role, you should bring a strong foundation in HR practices and employee relations, along with the ability to influence and collaborate strategically with business leaders across global remote teams.

*This is a fully remote position, candidates with a presence and/or availability in Canada or the US Eastern timezone are strongly preferred due to the concentration of stakeholders in those regions.
What you will do:
- This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong ownership, and the ability to lead initiatives independently while partnering closely with People Team leads on strategic direction and alignment.
- You will support the growing People Partnering team in delivering cyclical HR programms, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent planning and engagement surveys.
- Be a trusted advisor to business leaders on change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, implementation, and team alignment across assigned business functions and teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, accommodations, and investigations.
- Collaborate with People Partners and broader People Team to leverage insights and data to advise on organizational health, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Be a champion for Feeld’s DEIB strategy and act as an accountability partner to business leaders, ensuring equity and inclusion are embedded in hiring, development, and retention strategies.
