About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, your role would involve end to end product management ownership, a combination of product discovery, PRD & tickets creation, communication, execution, working closely with engineering, research, analysts & partners teams. You would be responsible for driving the execution of the relevant engineering group and delivery of platform solutions that support the organization’s initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, product requirements and roadmap for Pagaya platform, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and delivery of Pagaya underwriting infrastructure solutions, working closely with engineering teams, ensuring the timely execution of projects and adherence to quality standards.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of infrastructure solutions, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on the progress of projects, addressing their concerns, and managing expectations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience as a product management.
  • Software Engineering background.
  • Experience with API, cloud services, CI/CD technologies and infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and create alignment with external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead cross- functional teams, collaborate effectively, and drive consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
