This is not a traditional SDR role. We’re looking for high-agency operators who combine: exceptional communication skills, strong cold-calling ability, Mid Market instinct, and modern AI-enabled outbound workflows. Each SDR will partner closely with AEs in-region, supporting a high-value outbound motion with: ~$400K–$600K AE quotas Average deal sizes of $50K
