Role Summary
As a Senior Talent Management Specialist, you will play a key role in providing hands-on support for people operations and employee relations in Kenya, ensuring consistent application of policies, processes, and employment practices. You will work closely with the larger Global Talent Team and Finance Team to ensure fair and objective case management, provide operational HR support, and ensure compliance, while partnering closely with the Head of Talent for escalations and complex matters. This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations Management

Manage employee relations matters including:

  • Disciplinary cases
  • Investigations
  • Performance improvement plans
  • Behavioral and conduct issues
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant handling of cases.

Manager Support

Provide guidance to managers on:

  • Employee relations processes
  • Performance management procedures
  • Policy interpretation
  • Handling employee concerns

Talent Lifecycle Coordination

Support operational aspects of the employee lifecycle including:

  • Onboarding coordination
  • Performance management processes
  • Offboarding procedures
  • Benefits administration support

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain proper documentation for HR cases
  • Ensure compliance with Kenya labor regulations and internal policies
  • Support audits and reporting requirements.

Culture & Engagement Initiatives

Support delivery of:

  • Employee recognition programs
  • Engagement initiatives
  • Local culture and team events

Global or regional talent initiatives
