YOUR ROLE

The SEO / GEO & Content Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving APM Monaco’s online visibility and brand positioning worldwide. Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, this role will lead both the strategic and operational execution of SEO and GEO initiatives across all markets. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of digital optimization with strong creative instincts for content marketing that elevates brand storytelling while maximizing search performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO & GEO Strategy

·       Develop, implement, and continuously refine APM Monaco’s global SEO and GEO strategy to enhance organic search performance across regions.

·       Conduct comprehensive websites audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

·       Define localized SEO/GEO guidelines to optimize for multilingual and multi-market contexts (e.g., Europe, Asia, Middle East, Americas).

·       Collaborate with tech, UX, and ecommerce teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital touchpoints.

·       Monitor site performance, rankings, and KPIs, providing actionable insights and monthly reporting to management.

·       Continuously monitor and analyze the latest SEO and GEO trends, innovations, and algorithm updates, proactively identifying and implementing relevant opportunities for APM Monaco.

Content Creation & Optimization

·       Produce and oversee digital content for the APM Monaco global website—including product descriptions, campaign pages, and editorial features—aligned with brand voice and SEO objectives.

·       Create and adapt content strategies that support brand equity, storytelling, and international market needs.

·       Coordinate with branding and marketing teams to ensure consistency of message.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation

·       Partner closely with paid media, CRM, and retail teams to build synergies between organic and paid acquisition channels.

·       Identify and integrate new tools, technologies, and trends to improve APM’s digital content visibility and local search relevance.
