How you will make an impact: Expedite sales cycles while being an advocate for our clients Work directly with Account Executives and Account Directors to ensure the right solutions are presented to meet our client's needs Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of Bazaarvoice product offerings through continuous research and collaboration with various teams at Bazaarvoice Enable your assigned sales team by coaching them on new product features, new product offerings, and recent product deprecations Present product demos, ROI models, and technical overviews Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires with speed and precision Build and deliver ROI models to showcase the value of the solution we are recommending to the client We are looking for some who: Has five plus years in a client facing role at a software company Previous software sales, presales, consulting, or client facing engineering experience Is curious Has experience selling enterprise software Possesses a well-honed business acumen and technical mind Communicates effectively using exemplary written, verbal, and presentation skills Quickly solves complex problems in creative and repeatable ways Thrives in a world where change occurs quickly and sometimes with little warning Loves autonomy, but remains accountable to themselves, their team, and the greater organization at which they work Drives accountability with others People who are successful in this role are: Consultants with the ability to conduct high quality requirements gathering and discovery Ambitious Implementation Specialists who recognize patterns among similar clients Technically minded designers who understand what our clients value and how our solutions can accommodate Project managers that are excellent communicators, can quickly build client rapport and keep clients focused on what really matters to a successful program
