Responsibilities:

  • Request quotes from suppliers.
  • Navigate through material management software.
  • Review and place orders.
  • Work with local suppliers.
  • Track and compile data for reports.
  • Review and update inventory lists.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in material management/planner/buyer a plus.
  • Experience with semiconductor material a plus.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience as a buyer, planner, material analyst or other work in materials like inside sales at a supplier is preferred.
  • Someone who deals with material orders in or out. Semiconductor experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Familiar with SAP inventory management a plus
  • Ability to speak distinctly and see and hear clearly
  • Microsoft excel skills are required
  • Negotiation skills
