By transforming complex workforce data into clear, actionable intelligence, this individual empowers the organization to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent. Reporting to the Senior Director - Organizational Effectiveness, the individual in this role identifies, designs, and implements solutions that fuel scalable growth and streamline processes. Using advanced analytical methods and deep domain expertise, you will be translating complex data into compelling, "executive-ready" narratives and visual presentations that clearly lead to interventions and actions in the business. This position acts as a strategic architect and high-level thought partner, moving beyond reactive reporting to provide predictive insights that anticipate business challenges. Partnering with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, EDE, and business leaders, this position serves as the primary owner of Coupa’s people listening strategy, transforming feedback from global surveys into a roadmap for organizational health. The individual in this role will be instrumental in designing the future of our workforce planning, listening strategies, and organizational effectiveness measurement. In this dynamic and visible role, the individual in this role will act as a coach and thought partner, a catalyst for a data-driven culture, and a champion for cross-functional collaboration.
