You will move beyond traditional training delivery to act as a consultant who diagnoses performance gaps and architects holistic solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role is central to our transition toward an AI first  agentic enablement model where we leverage cutting-edge technology to maximize speed-to- adoption and scale our impact across the global business. Owning the Highspot strategy for your business unit, youll be transforming it from a static content hub into an agentic enablement engine that delivers just-in-time guidance, immersive buyer experiences, and AI-driven engagement. You’ll design scalable templates and playbooks, enable the field on modern selling motions, and use intent data and performance analytics to continuously optimize impact across deal velocity, win rates, and customer outcomes.
