Role OverviewHighLevel is building the operating system for agencies and small businesses—powering CRM, payments, messaging, automation, AI, funnels, and white-labeled experiences for businesses globally. Mobile is becoming an increasingly strategic surface for our platform. Agencies and SMBs want to manage leads, communicate with customers, close deals, run campaigns, and grow their businesses from anywhere.
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager – Mobile Platform to define and lead this next phase of growth, owning cross-platform mobile strategy (iOS, Android, and shared platform capabilities) and driving alignment across multiple product areas and teams.This role will own and lead strategic initiatives across:
Mobile growth and retention
Platform scalability
AI-native workflows
Monetization opportunities
New product innovation
Responsibilities
Act as SME for the mobile experiences, platforms and emerging mobile trends
Bring deepexpertise across native app ecosystems , mobile UX patterns, platformcapabilities, performance and mobile growth levers
Help define the mobileapproadmap in tandem with the webexperience, contributing to broader product and platform strategy
Identify major growth opportunities across engagement, retention, monetization, and platform expansion in the mobile ecosystem
Lead development of intelligent mobile experiences that proactively help users complete tasks
Build and launch0→1product experiences by validating new ideas through A/Bexperimentation and rapid iteration
Partner deeply with engineering, design, analytics, customer support, marketing, and executive leadership
Stay ahead of market shifts in Mobile, AI, SaaS, and SMB software
Requirements
9+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of building impactful products in consumer-facing experiences
5+years of experience owning mobileproducts across iOS and Android , with a strong POV on designingintuitive , engagingmobileexperiences
Strong experience building 0→1 products, you have built products or major product surfaces from scratch , work well under ambiguity , have experience in providingdirection rather than optimizing existing funnel.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, and GTM, can bring together people around a clear product vision
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, SMB software, marketplaces, creator platforms, or agency-focusedbusinesses
Experience building AI-powered products or agentic workflows
Experience operating in remote, global teams, aligning across multiple stakeholders and time zones
