We are looking for a strong, hands-on, and mature Talent Acquisition & Senior HR Operations Specialist to support our business operations and workforce growth in Indonesia.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, has a strong local recruitment network, and understands how to attract talent in a competitive financial services, fintech, brokerage, or commercial business environment.

Approximately 60–70% of the role will focus on Talent Acquisition, while the remaining 30–40% will cover HR Operations to support the employee lifecycle in Indonesia.

The successful candidate should be proactive, independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with regional HR and business stakeholders. This role is a strong fit for someone who is already senior in Talent Acquisition or preparing to step into a managerial-level role.

Key responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition — 60–70%

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Indonesia, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding handover.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, business priorities, and team expectations.
  • Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline, particularly for roles in sales, business development, marketing, customer support, operations, compliance, finance, and corporate functions.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, recruitment communities, recruitment agencies, and direct sourcing.
  • Strengthen the company’s recruitment network in Indonesia and identify effective sourcing channels for niche, senior, or urgent hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ experience, motivation, communication skills, cultural fit, career expectations, and salary expectations.
  • Provide market insights to hiring managers, including talent availability, salary benchmarks, candidate expectations, and hiring challenges.
  • Manage the candidate experience professionally and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support offer preparation, negotiation, and closing, ensuring alignment with the internal salary structure, approval process, and business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, hiring trackers, pipeline updates, and regular recruitment reports for regional HR and business stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding activities in Indonesia where required.

2. HR Operations — 30–40%

  • Support employee onboarding, including document collection, joining formalities, onboarding coordination, and communication with internal teams.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
  • Support employment contract preparation, HR letters, employee certificates, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including probation tracking, confirmation, internal movement, employee data changes, and exit coordination.
  • Coordinate with payroll, finance, external vendors, and relevant internal stakeholders to support monthly HR operational requirements.
  • Support leave management, attendance tracking, HR system updates, and employee data maintenance where applicable.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, HR communications, and people initiatives for the Indonesia team.
  • Provide first-level HR support to employees on general HR-related queries.
  • Ensure HR operations are handled in accordance with company policy, internal governance, confidentiality requirements, and local employment regulations.
