Who we're looking for
We're building Talent Associates. No recruitment experience needed. No HR degree required. What matters is grit, curiosity, business acumen, and the kind of getting-things-done mentality that doesn't wait for permission.
About the Role
Most recruitment jobs are order-taking. This one isn't. You'll fire bullets, fail fast, go deep into the function you support, partner with leaders, and influence decisions that ripple across teams — because one great hire shifts the needle.

6-Week Launchpad.
An intensive onboarding program built on the principle of overprepare and win. You'll learn the craft properly — not just survive the role.
Weeks 1–2 | Foundations — Recruitment and sourcing fundamentals, ZURU's businesses, the global talent landscape
Weeks 3–4 | Our Craft — Screening, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, offer and negotiation
Weeks 5–6 | Practice & Action — Owning roles end-to-end, influencing candidates and Hiring Managers, driving outcomes — hiring for ZURU
