As a Technical Support Specialist you will support users in the operation of corporate information systems while maintaining the full IT setup of the local office. From computers and software to communication tools office equipment and network infrastructure your work ensures everything functions reliably so the team can move fast without friction.

What You´ll Do

  • Providing support to users both online and offline for corporate hardware and software issues  
  • Performing initial diagnostics when hardware or software problems occur. 
  • Restoring devices and systems to working order, except for complex or major repairs. 
  • Setting up new computers (laptops and desktops) for users, whether on Windows, macOS and Linux. 
  • Installing and connecting office equipment like printers and scanners to the office computer networks. 
  • Checking, in some cases, configuring network equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly. 
  • Handling the transfer of faulty equipment for repairs and confirming it's back in working condition afterward. 
  • Assisting with the purchase of necessary equipment by helping to define requirements and accepting deliveries. 
  • Managing user accounts within our information systems.  
  • Setting up user access permissions for the company's IT resources. 
  • Keeping an eye on equipment performance, network operation, and user activity to ensure everything runs smoothly. 
  • Creating user guides to help staff effectively use equipment and software.
