Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and implement customized VoIP solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP hardware and software (IP phones, routers, switches, servers).
  • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for VoIP systems, promptly addressing any issues.
  • Monitor VoIP network performance, optimising call quality and system reliability as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards, including the implementation of encryption and access controls.
  • Document VoIP configurations, network diagrams, and installation processes.
  • Train clients and end-users on VoIP system features and functionality.
