Role Overview
NETGEAR is seeking a driven and commercially sharp Territory Account Manager to join our growing Commercial AV Channel business across Benelux. This role sits at the heart of our strategic push to grow sales of industry-leading IP networking switching and wireless products across the full AV landscape - from commercial installations and live events to audio and broadcast.
You will be a key member of our EMEA sales team, building strong relationships with major AV integrators, engaging consultants, and developing large end customers to deliver consistent, high-impact growth quarter on quarter.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively build and manage top-tier commercial AV business partners across Benelux, driving quarterly growth through solution selling, partner engagement, and a local business plan aligned to the NETGEAR partner program.
Identify, recruit, and develop a strategic set of accounts - integrators, distributors, consultants, and end customers - and grow the AV channel business in the region in line with corporate goals.
Manage and expand distribution channels, onboarding value-added and sub-distributors in key verticals to build a healthy project pipeline. Drive share-of-wallet gains across all product categories with existing channel partners.
Find and engage specialist channel partners to accelerate adoption of wireless access points and managed switches supported by the NETGEAR cloud solution. Deliver regular partner training across all levels of the organisation.
Create proposals and business plans, negotiate agreements, and provide accurate weekly forecasting and reporting. Maintain full understanding of the competitive landscape and develop strategies to achieve category leadership.
Coordinate with NETGEAR internal resources - SE, marketing, product management, tech support, operations, and EMEA peers - to optimise sales results and ensure strong customer satisfaction.

Proven sales background in the AV industry with a solid understanding of AV over IP and how switches and access points fit into modern AV solutions.

Strong relationships with value-added and broadline distributors, systems integrators, and resellers. Ability to write and execute business plans with annual growth targets and accurate forecasting.
Planning and Autonomy
Organised and entrepreneurial approach. Comfortable working autonomously and independently, executing a local strategy within a global framework and collaborating with EMEA team peers.
Account Management
5+ years managing and growing top-tier accounts including integrators and consultants. Proven track record leading and closing high-value sales campaigns.

Deep understanding of channel dynamics and the local commercial AV, rental and live events, and broadcast AV landscape - with relevant contacts already in place.

Travel Requirements
Regular travel across Benelux for partner visits, joint calls with integrators and end customers, trade shows, and working directly in partner offices to drive integration of NETGEAR products into their solution offering.
