We have an exciting opportunity for a Test Technician to join the team at our Silverstone facility. In this role, you will be responsible for performing tests on vehicle systems and components, ensuring they meet the required performance and safety standards. You will play a crucial role in our commitment to innovation and excellence, where every team member is encouraged to share ideas and drive our shared success.

 

  • Conduct detailed testing and validation activities on vehicle systems, components, and assemblies, ensuring all results are accurately recorded and reported
  • Ensure all testing activities are carried out in full compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and established engineering procedures
  • Support the preparation, setup, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment to ensure accurate and repeatable data collection
  • Work closely with the engineering team to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues identified during testing and validation programmes
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of testing methods, validation processes, and operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability
