Your daily responsibilities:

• Operate MIG welding equipment to weld steel components.
• Read blueprints and follow work orders for accurate assembly.
• Prepare, clean, and inspect metal surfaces before and after welding.
• Ensure weld quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals.
