Workday Time & Absence, Senior Product Owner

THE ROLE As the global architect of our time and leave ecosystem, you will ensure our international workforce is paid accurately and supported by seamless, compliant policies. You’ll transform complex regional labor requirements into elegant Workday solutions, serving as the critical bridge between People, Payroll, and Engineering teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to own the roadmap for Time and Absence, directly influencing the employee experience for every member of the Everpure team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and configure complex Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management rules, ensuring global policy alignment and local compliance across all Everpure regions.

  • Own the Product Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-priority enhancements—from initial requirement gathering and solution design to testing and deployment—improving system accuracy and automation.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Partner with Payroll and People Ops to optimize downstream calculations and integrations, resolving critical system issues and ensuring "audit-ready" data integrity.

  • Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Build and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards that provide leadership with real-time insights into global workforce trends and absence patterns.

  • Optimize the Platform: Evaluate bi-annual Workday releases to identify and implement new features that simplify workflows, enhance self-service, and elevate the Everpure Platform user experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Expert Configuration Skills: Advanced technical mastery of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, including complex accrual calculations, eligibility rules, business process framework, and security.

  • Global Systems Experience: Proven ability to manage multi-country leave requirements and global payroll integrations within a large-scale, fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic Problem Solving: Expert-level analytical skills to troubleshoot intricate system dependencies and translate ambiguous business needs into scalable technical architecture.

  • Collaborative Partnership: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across HR, Legal, and Finance to drive consensus on global process standardization.

  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. 

There is no application deadline and we accept applications on an ongoing basis until the job is filled.

The annual base salary range is:
$168,000$252,000 USD
