Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Specialist/Fundraising Lead to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

About the Project

We are building an AI-powered B2B platform that helps companies find, compare, and evaluate service providers faster and more objectively.

The product is designed for companies looking for software development, marketing, and other outsourced services. The initial focus is the US market, with further global opportunities.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and well-connected Fundraising Specialist/Fundraising Lead to help attract investment for an early-stage AI-powered B2B platform.

This is not a traditional sales role. The main goal is to position the project effectively for investors, build a relevant investor pipeline, communicate the product vision and business opportunity, and support the fundraising process from first contact to successful investment outcomes.

This role is best suited for someone who understands startup fundraising, knows how to communicate with investors, and ideally has an existing network of angel investors, private investors, funds, entrepreneurs, or business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential investors, including angel investors, private investors, funds, and business contacts
  • Build and manage a high-quality investor pipeline
  • Approach and engage relevant investors through warm introductions, direct outreach, networking, and other channels
  • Present and pitch the project in a clear, compelling, and credible way
  • Translate the product vision, market opportunity, and business potential into a strong investor narrative
  • Manage communication and follow-ups with potential investors throughout the fundraising process
  • Support investor conversations, negotiations, and deal structuring together with the project stakeholders
  • Help refine fundraising materials, messaging, and positioning based on investor feedback
  • Drive the fundraising process from initial contact to closing
