Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team in Greece. This is an onsite position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring the successful implementation and use of Novoville's solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for driven individuals looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to the end users of our clients' platforms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions
  • Understand clients' needs and goals, ensuring our solutions align with their requirements
  • Handle the onboarding of new clients (start to finish)
  • Provide training on Novoville products to our clients (either onsite or online)
  • Monitor account performance, create monthly reports and understand possible risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clients requests
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services
  • Assist with general office management tasks when needed (e.g. front desk, supplies, correspondence, and administrative support)
