We are looking for an experienced Ad Monetization Manager to join our monetization team for Fish of Fortune. As a key part of the Monetization team, you will be responsible for driving ad revenue growth and ARPDAU, while protecting player experience and retention.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day ad revenue performance across rewarded video, interstitial, and banner formats - monitoring eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, and impression depth.

  • Design and refine ad placement strategy across the player journey, including segmentation rules, frequency caps, and contextual triggers.

  • Conceptualize and implement comprehensive A/B tests on placements, formats, frequency, and reward structures, translating results into rollout decisions.

  • Manage relationships with mediation platform (AppLovin MAX), ad networks, and SDK partners - including negotiation, troubleshooting, and auction stack optimization.

  • Monitor competitor titles and surface placement, format, and timing trends.

  • Foster synergistic collaborations with cross-functional teams, including Product, UA, Economy and BA, to align ad strategy with the broader monetization roadmap.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ad monetization (preferably in gaming)- A must!

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Collaborative mindset; experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments

  • Hands-on experience with mediation platforms (MAX, LevelPlay, AdMob) and ad networks (Meta, Unity, AppLovin, Mintegral)

  • Proven ability to design and implement ad monetization strategies, with a strong focus on the ad-vs-IAP trade-off and protecting LTV

  • Full ownership experience over ad revenue KPIs, including rewarder videos, interstitials and banners.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to programmatic / DSP buying or in-app bidding mechanics

  • Background in casual, social-casino, or board game titles
